TIMELINE ALERT: CPT 2027 Professional Edition Code Book Delayed

 The Coding Coalition has learned that the American Medical Association (AMA) has extended the timeline for release of the CPT® 2027 Professional Edition code book beyond the communicated September 30th date.  The new anticipated release date is on or before October 30, 2026.  We will continue to monitor this information closely and alert providers and payers immediately if there are additional delays.  Please continue to visit our homepage for updates and sign up to attend our second round of informational webinars on the new codes, which will occur after the code book is released.
